Indeed, the symptoms seem most pronounced during lock-up. May I inquire if your problem also stemmed from a defective converter, and if so, what steps did you undertake to resolve the matter?

Yes, it was the torque converter in my case, confirmed by the workshop. Considering your symptoms and the error code, I'd strongly advise getting it checked professionally. Continuing to drive it could cause more damage. My repair cost reached 2120€, unfortunately.

That sounds familiar. I also have an Argo, and I had similar symptoms. Transmission warning lights appearing, erratic shifting. Have you noticed it mostly when the transmission is trying to lock up the torque converter? It does sound like a converter fault.
