Arkana audio system failure
Summary of the thread
A 2021 Renault Arkana owner is experiencing a complete audio system failure, with no sound output despite the multimedia system functioning normally. The issue persists despite checking basic settings like volume control and auxiliary input. A similar problem was resolved by replacing a defective bass speaker, suggesting a potential speaker issue as the cause. The owner plans to visit a workshop for further diagnosis and repair.

Thank you for your answer. That's interesting. No, I didn't notice any sound distortion or weird noises beforehand. It just suddenly stopped working. Did you manage to solve it yourself, or did you take it to a professional?

I'm not very technical when it comes to cars. I ended up taking it to a workshop. They told me the bass speaker was defective and needed to be replaced. Might be worth checking out.

Thanks for the information! I appreciate you sharing your experience. I suspected it could be a speaker issue. I will take it to the workshop to check this. The repair cost will be around 280€, which is expensive, but at least I'll have my sound system back.

I also have an Arkana, and something similar happened to me a while back. No sound from any source - radio, USB, nothing. Did you notice any sound distortion before it went completely silent?
