Arkana Crankshaft Camshaft Error

I haven't inspected the timing belt, but it should be good for another 30k km according to the service schedule. You're right, a slightly stretched belt could cause the issue. If it's not the belt, and assuming the crank/cam sensors are working, what else could cause this sensor mismatch? I'm trying to avoid blindly replacing parts.

If timing belt integrity and sensor functionality are confirmed, inspect the wiring harness and connectors associated with the crank and cam sensors for corrosion or damage. Given the error code, it's probable one of the sensors is providing an inaccurate signal, or there is a mechanical timing issue. A workshop visit for deeper analysis is advisable.

It was the crank sensor – the readings were inconsistent. I replaced it, cleared the codes, and the Arkana is back to normal after spending 340€. Thanks for the help!

The symptoms point toward crankshaft/camshaft synchronization issues. Have you checked the timing belt recently? Even if it looks okay, a slight stretch can throw off the timing enough to trigger that error and the performance problems.
