Arkana Hybrid Throttle Valve Issue

Could you elaborate on the specifics of your situation? Did the check engine light provide any specific error codes related to the throttle valve or accelerator pedal position sensor? Were there any other discernible symptoms beyond the reduced power and illuminated check engine light? I am attempting to ascertain whether our issues share a common origin before proceeding with more invasive diagnostic procedures.

You know, I didn't check the error codes myself back then. I took it straight to a workshop. They confirmed it was the throttle valve and some related electronics. I recall them mentioning something about the accelerator pedal module being faulty too. If you're experiencing similar symptoms, I'd strongly recommend getting it checked professionally to avoid further complications.

I appreciate your advice and insights regarding the throttle valve issue. Based on your experience and the diagnostic findings, I have authorized a repair involving the replacement of the defective components. The total cost amounted to 265€.

Hello! I own an Arkana too, and your problem sounds eerily familiar to what I went through a few months ago. Reduced power and that darn check engine light were driving me crazy. I also noticed a slight hesitation when accelerating. I initially suspected a fuel issue, but the symptoms persisted.
