Arkana keyless entry door handle electronics error

My 2022 Renault Arkana with a gasoline engine is acting up. The keyless entry isn't working, and I'm getting an error code related to the door handle electronics. I think it's a bad cable or connector in the door. Has anyone else seen this?

I have an Arkana too, and that sounds familiar. Is the error always there, and which door is it?

I see. The same door had the same issue on my car. After looking into it, I took it to the local shop for diagnostics. They found a defective plug connection and replaced it.
