It's pretty intermittent, yeah. Sometimes it's fine for days, then suddenly the lights will flicker or just come on by themselves. Where was the dodgy connection located, do you remember?

Sounds like the exact same issue! I wouldn't mess with it yourself. Take it to a workshop. They said it was either a faulty cable or a loose plug connection on the switch itself. Much easier and safer to let them sort it.

Thanks for the advice! I took it to the workshop, and you were spot on – it was a faulty plug connection. Repair cost me 95€. All sorted now!

Renault Arkana, huh? I had a similar problem with my Arkana's headlights. Turned out to be a dodgy connection. Was it happening all the time or just intermittently?
