Yes, there is some engine misfire, especially noticeable when the engine is cold. How was your issue resolved? Was it indeed the camshaft sensor, and if so, what was the approximate cost?

Yes, it turned out to be exactly as suspected: the camshaft sensor had gone bad, likely because of a defective encoder wheel. Unfortunately, it wasn't a cheap fix. Given the misfiring and stalling, I really recommend taking it to a reputable workshop for diagnosis. I remember that the repair cost around 695€ so expect something in that ballpark.

Hello! I also have an Arkana, and what you're describing sounds very familiar. I had similar symptoms—rough starts, stalling, and that dreaded check engine light. It really sounds like you have the same issue I had. Is the engine misfiring at all?
