Arkana rear ventilation flap fault

My 2022 Renault Arkana (Hybrid) with 174446 km presents a rear ventilation flap fault. Symptoms include an error stored in the error memory and a malfunction of the climate control unit; air conditioning no longer cools. I suspect a defective cable or plug connection. Has anyone encountered similar issues with the HVAC system?
