Arkana Seat Heating Failure

Hi, I have a 2021 Renault Arkana with a gasoline engine and 224104 km on the clock. The seat heating isn't working. Doesn't get warm at all, and there's an error code stored. I'm guessing the seat heating mat is defective?

I had a similar problem with my Arkana. Is it both seats, or just one? For me, it was just the driver's seat. Drove me crazy!

Sounds like the heating mat, like you suspected. Honestly, I just took mine to a workshop. They confirmed the mat was gone and replaced it. Best bet, saves the headache.
