Thanks, I appreciate that. What specific errors did you see on your Peugeot, and were there any other symptoms besides the start-stop?

Okay, so it's been a while, but from what I remember, the errors were vague, something about 'low voltage' or 'start-stop malfunction.' The engine would sometimes hesitate when restarting, and occasionally, the whole system would just die at a red light. Super embarrassing! Honestly, after a while, I just took it to a shop. Best advice I can give is to do the same, before it gets worse.

Thanks, that's helpful. I'm going to take it to a workshop for a diagnostic. They quoted me around 290€.

Oh man, that sounds frustrating! I had a similar problem with my old Peugeot 308, though it was a diesel. The start-stop just quit, and it would throw all sorts of weird errors. I was constantly worried it would leave me stranded at a light. Did you check the battery voltage?
