Arkana Washer Fluid Warning
Summary of the thread
A 2019 Renault Arkana displayed a "Washer fluid low" warning despite a full reservoir, and the windshield washer system was non-functional. The issue was traced to a faulty washer motor, which was confirmed by the absence of motor noise when attempting to activate the system. The solution involved replacing the washer motor, which resolved the problem.

Thanks for the quick reply! Where is the washer motor located? Is it difficult to replace, or am I better off taking it to a workshop? Is there a fuse for the motor I can check first?

On my Astra, it was located right next to the washer fluid reservoir, pretty accessible. Should be similar for your Arkana. While you're at it, check all fuses in the fuse box related to the wiper system! if you’re not familiar with those things, it's better to go to the workshop!

Turns out it was indeed the washer motor, just like you suspected! The car was showing 'wiper water level too low', so the error code led me in the wrong direction. A new motor was only 25€ plus fitting. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction!

Hey! I had a similar issue with my old Opel Astra. Turned out the washer motor was faulty, even though the reservoir was full. The error memory got filled up pretty fast. Check if you can hear the washer motor running when you try to activate the windshield cleaning. If you can't, it's likely the motor.
