Aslan heating blows lukewarm air

Hey, I'm having trouble with my 2014 Hyundai Aslan (gasoline engine). The heating is barely working – it's blowing lukewarm air at best. The error memory shows a water valve issue. I suspect a faulty cable or plug. Anyone else run into this?

I had a similar heating problem in my Aslan. Check the heater core. A blocked valve can cause that. It might be worth checking the engine coolant levels, too.

Yep, water valve problem was exactly what I was seeing. If you aren't able to diagnose it further I'd recommend a workshop to take a look at the valve and its connections.

Thanks for the help! I took it to a shop, and you were right - it was a defective water valve. Cost me 95€ to get it sorted.
