Astra Hybrid Battery Issues

I've got a 2022 Vauxhall Astra hybrid with about 163k km on the clock that's giving me headaches. The battery seems heavily discharged. I'm seeing an error message, the lights are weak and flickering, and I get a 'low battery' error stored in the memory. Starting the engine is a struggle too. I've checked the battery terminals; they seem clean and tight. Any ideas?

I haven't had a load test done yet. I can try and get the error code when I have time, but would a faulty battery sensor cause all these issues? I was reading up on battery drain and saw a few people mention similar problems.
