Thanks for the quick reply. I have visually inspected the wiring harness and connector, but I don't have the tools to properly test the connection. Could you elaborate on the procedure for testing the connection and what readings I should be looking for?

Given the potential complexity and the need for specialized diagnostic equipment, such as a multimeter and potentially a Vauxhall-specific diagnostic tool, it might be prudent to consult a qualified technician. Attempting to diagnose or repair the electrical system without the proper tools and knowledge could potentially lead to further complications. I would advise you to book an appointment with a trusted workshop.

Understood. Thank you for confirming my suspicions and providing the advice. I took it to a local mechanic, and they confirmed the cable connection to the rear ventilation flap actuator was indeed defective. The total repair cost was 95€. Appreciate your assistance!

The symptoms you describe strongly suggest an issue within the rear air conditioning system. Have you inspected the relevant wiring harness and connector for any signs of damage, corrosion, or loose connections? Specifically, focus on the connector leading to the rear ventilation flap actuator.
