Audi Q7 Electrical Issue After Battery Mishap

I own a 2009 Audi Q7 with a 4.2 S-Line engine, running on gasoline, and it has 110,000 km on it. Recently, I accidentally switched the negative and positive terminals while attempting to charge the drained battery through the poles under the hood. This caused a small spark. After waiting 24 hours, I charged the battery, and the car started and ran normally. However, some functions are now unavailable. The 'Car Hydraulic' button no longer shows hydraulic options, only regular settings like windows and language. Additionally, the rear view camera doesn't activate when reversing. A scan with a device (not OBD11 or VCDS) showed faults under (07 - Display/control head): 00003:005 Control module - no or incorrect basic setting/adaptation and 01042:000 Control module not coded. Could anyone advise on how to resolve these issues or what steps I should take next?

Start by checking the fuses related to the multimedia system and rear view camera, as a blown fuse could cause these issues. If the fuses are intact, try performing a hard reset by disconnecting the battery for about 15 minutes, then reconnecting it. This can sometimes reset the control modules. If the problem persists, you may need to use a more advanced diagnostic tool like VCDS to recode or adapt the affected control modules. Let me know how it goes or if you have any further questions!
