Auris Radio Issues

Hi, I'm having radio issues with my 2018 Toyota Auris hybrid with 112682 km on the clock. I'm getting an error message on the infotainment system, the audio system doesn't work at all, and there's an error stored in the memory. Could a defective antenna cause these symptoms?

Sounds familiar. I had similar issues with my Auris. Does it cut out completely, or is there just a lot of static?

It cuts out completely. No sound at all, just the error message. Did yours do the same?

Yep, completely silent. Turned out to be the antenna. I'd suggest getting it checked at a workshop; those infotainment systems can be tricky.

Thanks, that's helpful. I'll book it in. Ended up costing 255€ to repair, but hey, at least the radio works again!
