Thanks for the input. I considered the motor, but the error code makes me lean towards an electrical issue. Is there an easy way to test the wiper motor directly, bypassing the switch and wiring? I don't want to start randomly replacing parts.

An error code does point to wiring. Honestly, messing with the motor directly could make things worse. If you're not totally confident with electrics, it might be worth taking it to a workshop. They can diagnose it properly without you potentially frying something.

Thanks for the advice. Based on your suggestion, and after further inspection, I decided to take it to a professional. Turns out it was indeed a faulty connection in the wiring, as initially suspected. Repair cost 95€ Appreciate the help!

Wipers completely dead AND an error code? Sounds tricky. Could be a dodgy wiring harness, but that's just a guess. Is there any chance the wiper motor is just plain dead? Maybe try giving it a gentle tap while someone tries the switch? Don't go too hard.
