Avventura electrical issue
Summary of the thread
A 2015 Fiat Avventura diesel is experiencing an electrical issue where the engine won't start, and a diagnostic error indicates 'Terminal 15 ignition positive interrupted.' Initial checks of the battery terminals showed no issues. A suggestion was made to inspect the fuse box in the engine compartment and the starter solenoid, as the problem might be due to a circuit break or defective plug connection. The issue was resolved by repairing a defective cable at the plug connection, restoring the vehicle's functionality.

Thanks for the tip! Which fuse box are you referring to, the one in the engine compartment or the one inside the cabin? And how did you check the starter solenoid?

I meant the one in the engine compartment. I didn't check the starter solenoid myself, I took it to a workshop. They said the error indicates a defective cable or plug connection. Best take it to a professional. In my case the error was 'Terminal 15 ignition positive interrupted'.

Thanks a lot for the confirmation! I'll take it to my workshop then. It was indeed a defective cable at the plug connection. The repair cost 95€. Everything is working fine again!

I had a similar problem with my Avventura. Have you checked the fuse box and the starter solenoid? It could be a circuit break or a defective plug connection. Is the power supply working properly?
