Berlingo Fuel Pump Issue
Summary of the thread
A 2015 Citroen Berlingo with a gasoline engine experienced starting issues, stalling at idle, rough engine performance, increased fuel consumption, and an active check engine light. The problem was suspected to be related to the fuel pump, but the exact cause was initially unclear. After further investigation, a faulty fuel pump cable connection was identified as the issue, and replacing the pump resolved the problem.

Thanks. I'll get the error code. How do I check the fuel pressure regulator? I don't know much about diagnosing those.

The error code I got pointed to a fuel supply problem. While the pressure regulator could be the issue, my problem ended up being a failing fuel pump. You might need special tools, so a workshop visit might be best for a proper diagnosis.

Thanks for the help. A technician found that the fuel pump cable connection was faulty. Replacing the pump fixed the problem for 95€.

I had similar issues with my gasoline Berlingo. Have you checked the fuel pressure regulator along with the pump? A bad regulator can act like a fuel pump failure. What's the error code from the ECU?
