Berlingo power windows failure

Hi, I have a 2007 Citroen Berlingo diesel, with only 38453 km on the clock. Suddenly, the power windows won't operate anymore. I checked and there's an error stored in the system, but I haven't been able to figure out what's wrong. Could it be a fuse?

I had something similar happen in my Berlingo. Check the power window switch itself. Mine was defective, and that caused the whole system to fail. Has anything else gone wrong, or is it just the windows?

Just the windows, everything else is fine. Where exactly is the power window switch located, and is it difficult to replace? Is this a common Berlingo issue?

It's in the driver's side door panel. Replacing it isn't too hard, but honestly, it's fiddly. While it might be the switch, you might want to have a workshop take a look. I ended up taking mine in, because I didn't want to break the door panel.

Thanks! I followed your advice and took it to a mechanic. Turns out the power window switch was indeed defective. Cost me 200€ to get it sorted. Appreciate the help!
