Berlingo turn signal issue

Berlingo, eh? I had something similar on mine. Was it intermittent at first, and did it get worse over time? Did you look at the flasher relay?

Intermittent at first, yes. Worse over time, also yes. I didn't look at the flasher relay, where is it located?

Sounds familiar. In my case, it was indeed a corroded connector on the signal lamp itself. Given you're seeing error codes and it's getting progressively worse, it's probably time to get a workshop to check all the turn signal connections and wiring. Cost me about 95€.
