BMAX AC Failure

I'm having trouble with the AC in my 2013 Ford BMAX with a gasoline engine. It's stopped working, there's an error code, and the AC won't engage. Plus, a warning light is on. Anyone else seen this on their BMAX? I'm thinking it might be the AC control unit.

Whoa, sounds rough! Does the AC compressor even try to kick on? I'm guessing you've already checked the refrigerant levels for leaks? That warning light is spooky!

The compressor isn't activating. I haven't done a full leak check, but the sudden stop makes me think it's more than just low refrigerant. Any tips for finding a leak, or should I just take it to a technician?

Given all that, and the error code, I think you're right about the control unit being fried. Seriously, just get it to a workshop. Messing with AC stuff without the right tools can be dangerous. Refrigerant's nasty!

I agree, better to get a professional involved. I'll book an appointment with a certified technician ASAP. Thanks for confirming my thoughts. Replacing the control unit fixed it, cost 980€.
