I own a 2014 BMW 3 with a gasoline engine and 140,067 km on it. I've been experiencing an issue where the car shakes while idling. The idle is smooth when the A/C is off, but once the A/C is turned on, the car vibrates and has a rough idle. I've already replaced the spark plugs, coils, and injectors, but the problem persists. What could be causing this issue, and what should I check next?
