Hello everyone, I own a 2001 BMW 3 Series with 129,034 km on it. I'm experiencing an issue where the horn does not honk when I lock or unlock the car, even though I've set the lights to flash and that part works fine. I've already checked all the fuses and relays, and they seem to be in working order. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get the horn to honk with the lock/unlock function? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Check if the horn itself is functioning properly by pressing it manually. If it works, the issue might be with the car's settings or the connection between the alarm system and the horn. You can try resetting the car's alarm system settings or consult the owner's manual for specific instructions on enabling the horn sound with lock/unlock. If the horn doesn't work manually, it might be a wiring issue or a faulty horn. Let me know how it goes or if you have any further questions!
