Ive tried disconnecting the battery. Tried to hold sound button to reset the screen. But nothing solved. Everytime i try to play music from my phone the screen goes off , but Bluetooth weeks to work fine with calls only. Please any suggestions.

Check if there are any software updates available for your vehicle's infotainment system, as these updates can sometimes resolve connectivity and functionality issues. If the problem continues, it might be necessary to have a professional diagnose the system for potential hardware issues. Let me know if you need further assistance or have any questions!

It's possible that the freshener may have caused some moisture or residue to affect the electrical connections or components behind the dashboard. Start by checking the fuse related to the navigation and infotainment system to ensure it's not blown. If the fuse is intact, inspect the area around the vents for any signs of moisture or residue and clean it carefully. If the issue persists, it might be best to have a professional inspect the wiring and connections. Let me know how it goes or if you have any further questions!
