Boxer clutch switch issue

I've had a quick look and the plug seems okay, but I'll check again for corrosion. Where exactly is the clutch switch located? I couldn't find it right away.

It's usually right behind the clutch pedal, near the top. If you're still having issues after checking the wiring, it might be worth getting it properly diagnosed. A faulty switch could be the culprit, and it's also a safety issue if it affects starting. Workshop's the way to go, I reckon.

Thanks for the help. I checked the wiring, cleaned the contacts on the plug, and that seemed to fix it. The error code is gone, the gear display is working, cruise control is back, and the van starts without issue again. Total cost was 95€ for the switch itself at the workshop.

Sounds like it could be the clutch switch, yeah. I've seen similar issues on other vehicles. Have you checked the wiring and plug to the switch itself? A loose or corroded connection can cause all sorts of weird problems. Is the switch easily accessible on your Boxer?
