BR V brake booster pressure sensor failure
Summary of the thread
A 2022 Honda BR-V owner reported a brake issue characterized by weak braking and an error message indicating a brake booster pressure sensor failure. The problem was suspected to be linked to incorrect bleeding of the hydraulic brakes. Another individual with a similar experience suggested revisiting the workshop to have the ABS system checked, as improper bleeding can lead to sensor failure. The issue was resolved by replacing the faulty brake booster pressure sensor, restoring the vehicle's braking performance.

It was a hard failure, appeared suddenly. And yes, it happened shortly after some work was done on the brakes. You mentioned similar issues, did you end up replacing the brake booster or the pressure sensor?

Confirmed: Similar story. The workshop screwed up bleeding the hydraulic brakes, messed with the brake booster. Take it back to them, or another shop, to check the whole ABS system again, or you could end up needing replacement parts.

Thanks, I appreciate the insight. I had it checked, and the brake booster pressure sensor was indeed faulty due to improper bleeding. Replacement parts and labor came to about 90€. It's sorted now, and vehicle safety is back to normal.

Sounds familiar. I have a BR-V too. I had similar issues with the ABS system. Was it a soft or hard failure? Did the error happen after visiting the workshop?
