BR V Massage Seat Switch Failure
Summary of the thread
The massage seat switch in a 2017 Honda BR V is non-functional, with an error stored in the memory, likely due to a cable or plug issue. A similar issue with a seat heater in another BR V was caused by a loose connection, suggesting a possible commonality in the problem's nature. The solution involved professional inspection, revealing a defective plug connection, which was resolved at a workshop.

Fuses are fine. Was your error also stored in the memory, or was it just not working? Was it an easy fix?

Error was definitely stored. I wouldn't say it was 'easy', because I couldn't get to the connection myself without removing the seat. Ended up taking it to a workshop. The mechanic could reproduce the error. Better have it checked, could be a corroded cable.

Cheers. Workshop confirmed it was a defective plug connection. 95€ all in. Appreciate the input.

I've got a BR V too. Had a similar thing with my seat – not the massage function, but the seat heater. Turned out to be a loose connection. Have you checked the fuses?
