Bravo brake booster pressure sensor error
Summary of the thread
A 2008 Fiat Bravo experienced an error message and decreased braking performance, diagnosed as a brake booster pressure sensor error. The issue arose after recent brake system maintenance, suggesting improper bleeding as a potential cause. A similar experience indicated that incorrect bleeding could indeed lead to sensor failure. The problem was resolved by replacing the sensor and correctly re-bleeding the brake system.

Thanks for the quick reply. Yes, the brake system was bled recently after some maintenance. Could improper bleeding compromise the brake booster pressure sensor that much?

Yep, pretty sure that's your culprit. After my brake work, the booster went haywire. A pressure sensor error popped up, just like yours. Get it checked by a workshop to confirm, but I'd bet that's the issue. Cost me 90€.

Much appreciated. Based on your experience and the error codes, I took it to a workshop. As suspected, the brake system had been bled incorrectly, leading to the sensor failure. The sensor was replaced, the brake system was re-bled correctly, and the issue is now resolved. Thanks!

Brake booster issues, eh? Sounds familiar. I've got a Fiat Bravo too. Reduced braking power is never fun. Did you bleed the brakes recently or have any work done on the brake lines?
