Completely dead. Nothing happens when I press the button. The error code points towards the switch itself, but I'm not sure where to start looking for the cable or plug. Any hints?

Ah, completely dead is different. Mine was cutting in and out. If the error code points to the switch and you've checked the fuses, honestly, I'd recommend taking it to a workshop. They'll have the right tools to diagnose it properly without you potentially making things worse or damaging other parts.

Thanks for the insight! I took it to the workshop as suggested. Turns out it was indeed a faulty connection, just as suspected. 95€ later, the massage function is working again!

Oh wow, a massage seat in a Brio? Fancy! I have a Honda Brio too. I had something similar happen with my massage setting a while back. Was it completely dead, or just intermittent? I found the error code gave more clues, did you check that?
