C2 Sun Blind Failure

I had a similar issue with my C2. Does the blind make any noise when you try to use it? Mine was more complicated than I thought. Did you check the fuse?

The fuse is fine. The motor makes a faint whirring sound, but the blind doesn't move. I haven't removed the motor yet. Should I look at the mechanical parts more closely?

The whirring sound is what I heard too. If the fuse is okay and the motor is whirring, it sounds like something internal. I took mine to a workshop. I'd recommend doing the same.

I took it to a professional as you suggested. The motor was defective and needed to be replaced. The total cost was 330€.
