C3 Climate Control Failure
Summary of the thread
The climate control panel on a 2020 Citroen C3 diesel stopped working, with weak heat and non-functional AC, despite fuses being intact. The issue was suspected to be a bad connection in the wiring, particularly an electrical connector behind the dashboard near the temperature sensor. The problem was confirmed by a mechanic who found a defective cable/plug connection, which was then repaired.

When you say bad connection, where was it exactly? I'm not super technical, so I'm not sure where to look beyond the fuses.

It was one of the electrical connectors behind the dashboard, near the temperature sensor. Unless you're comfortable with electrical work, it might be best to take it to a workshop.

Mechanic found a defective cable/plug connection, as suspected. Repair cost me 95€. Thanks again!

I had a similar problem with my older Opel Astra, but petrol. Sounds like a bad connection in the wiring. Did you check the power to the control panel?
