Thanks, I checked the fuses already, all seem fine. Where exactly was the problem in your Megane?

Okay, in my case, it wasn't the fuse. After some testing, the workshop found a broken wire right where it connected to the heating element. They resoldered it, and it was fine. But honestly, troubleshooting electrical stuff can be tricky. Might be worth letting a professional take a look.

Thanks for the info. I took it to the shop, and you were right - corroded connector. Cost 95€ to fix. Appreciate the help!

Hey, that's interesting. I had a similar issue with my old Renault Megane, though it was the heated seats. Same symptoms – error code and the heater not working when it was cold. Did you check the fuse box? Sometimes it's just a blown fuse. A fuse is an electrical safety device that protects a circuit from overcurrent. If too much current flows through the circuit, the fuse will blow, breaking the circuit and stopping the flow of electricity. It's a cheap and easy fix if that's the case.
