C30 central locking failure

Central locking on my 2011 gasoline C30 has stopped working. Neither the fob nor the interior switch works. There's an error code in memory, so I'm assuming it's related. Could it be a fuse, or is it something with the car alarm?

I had a similar problem with my C30. Check the connections to the central locking module first. Like a loose wire on a lamp, it could be something simple. Did you check the fuse box? Which fuses?

I checked the fuse box, but I'm not sure which fuse is for the central locking. The owner's manual isn't clear. Can you tell me which fuse to check?

My fuse was fine; it was a faulty connector. These things happen, especially with temperature changes. If the fuse is good, take it to a workshop. Diagnosis will cost a bit, but it's better than tearing it apart yourself.

I took the C30 to a workshop. It was a defective cable connection to the locking mechanism. The repair, including diagnosis, was 95€, which I thought was reasonable. Thanks for the help!
