C4 GPS Reception Issue

I had a similar issue with my C4. No GPS signal, just a blank screen where the map should be. Like using a paper map in the dark! Have you checked for signal interference, like a phone mount blocking the antenna? Might be that simple.

Mine didn't specifically say 'faulty GPS antenna,' but the symptoms were identical - no signal, error code related to the GPS module. The workshop confirmed it was the antenna. Cost me about 200€ to sort it. Get it checked properly, might save you headaches.
