C4 Keyless Entry Issue

Hi, I'm having a weird issue with my 2020 Citroen C4 electric. Lately, the keyless entry has been acting up. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I also got an error stored and without the key, I can't start the engine anymore. I'm thinking it might be the vehicle antenna. Anyone else had this happen?

Sounds familiar! I've got a C4 too and had similar gremlins. My remote was playing up and I was getting odd errors. Might be worth checking the antenna connections, especially the cable and plugs. A dodgy connection can cause all sorts of electrical chaos. Keep us posted!

Yep, sounds like the exact same head scratcher. I wouldn't go ripping stuff apart just yet, though. I ended up taking mine to a workshop, they quickly diagnosed the cable or plug connection to the bumper antenna as the culprit, something was defective. They quoted me 95€ for the repair. Saved me a lot of hassle!
