C4 mirror heating issue

Hi, I'm having a weird issue with my 2018 Citroen C4 gasoline. The mirror heating isn't working. Both mirrors stay cold, even with the temperature below freezing. The error memory has also stored an error related to this. I checked the fuses, and they seem fine. Any ideas where to look next?

I had a similar problem on my C4, though I didn't check the error memory. Could be a defective cable or plug connection at the mirror itself. Have you checked those?

Taking the mirror apart can be tricky, yes. It's easy to damage the glass or the mechanism. Given the error code and the cable suspicion, maybe best to get a workshop to check it properly.

Okay, I think you're right. I'll take it to a workshop. They quoted me around 95€ to fix it, saying it's likely a defective connection. Thanks for the advice!
