C6 Audio System Failure

I had a similar problem with my C6. Have you tried all the inputs? USB audio, auxiliary input, and Bluetooth? Sometimes a glitch in one area affects the whole system.

Thanks. I've tried all inputs, including the CD player, still nothing. Volume control does nothing. Was your issue the same?

Yeah, exactly the same symptoms. After pulling my hair out, I took it to a workshop. They diagnosed a defective component within the sound system itself. Turned out to be a damaged speaker amplifier that blew all speakers. It cost around 280€.

Appreciate the confirmation and the cost indication. Sounds like a trip to the shop is inevitable then. Thanks!
