Camry Hybrid Microphone Failure

I'm experiencing an issue with my 2018 Toyota Camry Hybrid. The hands-free microphone is no longer functional, making calls impossible. There's an error stored in the memory. Could this be related to a defective infotainment system?

I had something similar with my Camry. Voice recognition was completely shot, and Bluetooth calls were a no-go. Have you tried messing with the volume control or audio input settings?

Yep, sounds like the same pain. Ended up being the infotainment unit itself. Bit the bullet and had the workshop take care of it.
