The cable and plug connected directly to the washer motor and heating element are suspect. However, given the diagnostic error and freezing, I suggest visiting a workshop. Repair will cost about 95€.

Thanks for the advice! I had the cable checked, and it was indeed faulty. After replacing it, everything works fine now!
