Captur Air Suspension Problem

Hi, I've got a 2022 Renault Captur hybrid with about 133k km on the clock. Lately, it's been acting up with what seems like an air suspension issue. The car won't lift anymore, leans to one side, and throws an error message on the speedometer. The ride is super bumpy too. My mechanic reckons it's a faulty air suspension bellows valve. Anyone else had this?

The problem is suspected to be a faulty air suspension bellows valve. A similar case confirmed the issue as a suspension air bag valve problem, suggesting a workshop visit for diagnosis and repair.

Hello. I have a Renault Captur as well, and I experienced something similar. Was there an error stored in the error memory?

Yep, there's an error stored in the memory. Did you have the exact same symptoms? What was the final diagnosis?

Yes, I had all the same symptoms. It was indeed a problem with the suspension air bag valve. I would suggest getting it checked by a workshop as soon as possible to confirm, but it does sound like the same issue.

Thanks for the info! I'll get it booked in. The workshop confirmed it was the air suspension bellows valve, just like you said. Repair cost is around 590€. Appreciate the help!
