Captur Central Locking Failure

My 2023 Renault Captur hybrid's central locking has completely failed at 215069 km. I can't lock or unlock the doors, and the error memory flagged a defective cable or plug connection. Anyone encountered something similar? I checked the fuse box and key fob, but no luck. It's a disaster!

I had a similar issue with my Captur. Have you checked the car alarm system? It could be related. Also, can you still use remote locking?

Given that remote locking isn't working either, and you've already checked the basics, it's very likely an internal fault. I'd recommend taking it to a workshop, as messing with the locking mechanism yourself can cause further issues.

Thanks! I took it to the workshop as you suggested, and it turns out a connector in the door was faulty, just as the error message indicated. A new connector and labor set me back 95€, but at least it's resolved.
