Captur door lock problem

I'm experiencing a frustrating issue with my 2019 Renault Captur (diesel). The door contact signal seems faulty. As a result, I can no longer lock or unlock the doors using the central locking system. I suspect a defective cable or plug connection within the component. Has anyone encountered this?

That's a common spot for wires to fray or connections to loosen, especially with the door constantly opening and closing. Also, have you tried manually locking each door to see if that works?

Thanks for the advice! It was indeed a faulty connector in the door. I managed to get it fixed for 95€.
