Captur driver seat heater failure

Hey, I've got a 2020 Renault Captur hybrid with about 105k km on it. Recently, the seat heater on the driver's side stopped working. It just doesn't get warm at all. I plugged in my OBD scanner and there's an error code related to the seat heating. I checked the fuse box but couldn't find any blown fuses. Has anyone else experienced this?

I had a similar problem with my Captur. Does the error code point to a specific issue, like the heating element?

The error code just says something generic like 'seat heating malfunction.' How did you fix yours?

Yeah, mine was the heating mat itself. Unfortunately, it's not a simple fix. You'll probably need to take it to a workshop to get it sorted.

Thanks for the info! I took it to the shop, and you were right, it was the heating mat. Cost me about 390€ to replace. Appreciate the help!
