Captur GPS Antenna Fault

Hi, I'm having GPS issues with my 2019 Renault Captur diesel with 227044 km. The GPS has no reception, and the error memory says it's the GPS antenna. A local mechanic quoted around 200€ for the repair. Has anyone else had this?

I can relate. I had the exact same problem with my Captur. No satellite connection and the error code pointed to the antenna. GPS antennas can get damaged from temperature and moisture.

The diagnostics pointed to a faulty GPS antenna. No software issues or connection problems. Given the age of the car, I just replaced it. I'd suggest a workshop check to confirm the antenna is the problem.
