Captur Smartphone Connectivity Failing

My 2020 Renault Captur, gasoline engine, has function restrictions at 215587 km. Smartphone connectivity is failing, and an error is logged. I suspect incorrect device pairing. Has anyone seen this before?

Interesting. Have you tried deleting the Captur from your phone's Bluetooth settings and vice versa? Sometimes a fresh pairing fixes glitches. Is the infotainment system software current? Outdated software can cause compatibility issues. Any recent work on the car's electrical system?

Software is current, and pairing was re-attempted. No recent electrical work. Could a deeper diagnostic be required to pinpoint the root cause?

Given the troubleshooting steps already undertaken, a deeper diagnostic scan is advisable. It's plausible a more fundamental issue exists, perhaps with the infotainment system's communication module itself. Booking it in would allow for a proper investigation.

Acknowledged. Workshop visit confirmed the issue. Incorrect pairing was indeed the culprit, or perhaps a corrupted file; the system had to be cleared and reloaded. Repair cost 45€. Thanks for the input.
