Caravan damping adjustment issue

I have a Caravan too. Sounds familiar. I had a similar issue almost exactly as you describe. Have you checked the connections to the suspension control module? It might be an intermittent fault.

When you had this, was it intermittent, or was it always happening? Did you get any specific diagnostic trouble codes for the damping adjustment?

Mine was pretty consistent. It was like driving a bucking bronco. I didn't get too deep into the diagnostics myself. I took it to a workshop, and they sorted it out. Saved me a lot of time.

Thanks, I appreciate the insight. I think I’ll do the same and take it to a workshop. They quoted me 95€, which seems reasonable, so I'll have them check the cable and plug connections.
