Ccrosser Poor Starting Terminal 30

Hi. My 2013 Citroen Ccrosser, diesel engine, is starting poorly. I've checked the obvious stuff, but could this terminal 30 continuous plus interrupted be the culprit? Mileage is at 49157 km. Any ideas?

Sounds awfully familiar. I had a similar issue with my Ccrosser a while back. Intermittent power supply can cause all sorts of headaches. Was your battery heavily discharged, or defective? Have you checked the fuse box for corrosion or loose connections? How about the wiring harness?

Interesting. You had the same terminal 30 issue? Battery seems okay, but I haven't done a proper load test. Where exactly should I be looking on the wiring harness? Any specific areas prone to issues?

Yes, same error. Before diving into the wiring, I'd strongly suggest a proper battery test. Beyond that, tracing the terminal 30 circuit without proper tools and experience can be risky. It might be time to bite the bullet and take it to a qualified workshop. A badly discharged or defective battery can cause this, but without proper checks it's just a guess.

You were spot on! Turns out it was a heavily discharged/defective battery. New battery fitted and all good now. Cost me 290€ but worth it for peace of mind. Thanks for your help.
