It was indeed the immobilizer. I tried a few things, but honestly, I just took it to the workshop. They reprogrammed the key, and it's been fine ever since.

Thank you for the information! I took it to the workshop, and they confirmed that the key programming was incorrect. They reprogrammed the key. The repair cost was 45€. The car now starts without issue.

I had something like that happen with my Bolt. Does your security light stay on? Mine did the same thing, kept stalling right after starting. It was super frustrating.
