Chevrolet Suburban Engine Shuts Off and Auto Stop/Start Issue

Hello everyone, I own a 2024 Chevrolet Suburban with a gasoline engine and 3000 km on it. I've been experiencing an issue where the engine shuts off by itself. Additionally, I'm looking for advice on how to disable the auto stop/start feature. Has anyone else encountered these problems, and what solutions would you recommend? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
